Special Events!

Feeling stuck? You’ve seen the results of recovery and felt a renewed sense of value and purpose. Now the progress may seem to have slowed. That pause can feel discouraging, but it may also be the moment that shapes what comes next.

Most breakthroughs happen quickly. Research shows the biggest shifts often occur in the first few sessions of therapy. Recovery Reboot condenses that impact into two power-packed group sessions.

Facilitated by Dean Anderson, one of Canada’s most sought-after addiction counsellors, founder of the country’s first Recovery Maintenance Centre, and host of the RogersTV show Stirring Strength. Dean brings over a decade of experience, a compassionate and practical approach, and a touch of humour to every workshop.

Over six hours of immersive learning, you’ll:

  • Explore what’s beneath the surface of sobriety and uncover patterns keeping you stagnant

  • Learn practical tools to reignite growth, purpose, and joy

  • Take part in interactive discussions, guided exercises, and actionable strategies

  • Receive an EPIC Daily Awareness Journal and guided worksheets

  • Gain exclusive access to Recovery Toolbox videos not available to the public

Dates: Saturdays, September 27 & October 4
Time: 1PM - 4 PM
Location: EPIC Recovery Centre – 743 Wellington Road, London, ON
Cost: $299 + HST
