Our EPIC Recovery Support group provides a safe and supportive environment for adults seeking to enhance their understanding of mental health and wellness. It is a chance to engage in open discussions, learn from shared experiences, and build a support network.

Plenty of parking is available behind the building and in the neighbourhood behind EPIC.

Whether you are on your path to recovery or simply interested in learning more, this group is open to everyone.

Who: Open to adults navigating addiction recovery or living in sobriety

Westover Recovery Support is a weekly group for adults seeking connection, accountability, and continued support in sobriety. It provides a space to strengthen recovery-focused habits and ongoing growth, and is open to individuals who have received treatment elsewhere.

Day: Every Friday

Time: 6:30 PM

Who: Open to adults navigating addiction recovery or living in sobriety.

This meeting is independently run and facilitated by a SMART Recovery volunteer. EPIC Recovery is not affiliated and is simply providing space for the group to gather. SMART Recovery is a CBT-based group that uses practical, evidence-informed tools to support behaviour change, self-awareness, and ongoing recovery.

This meeting does not run on recognized stat holidays in Ontario.

In keeping with 12-step traditions, this meeting is non-affiliated and self-supporting. It simply shares space at EPIC and does not represent endorsement by or affiliation with EPIC Recovery. This is an open Big Book meeting, which means it is open to the public and welcomes anyone interested in learning more about Alcoholics Anonymous and recovery.

This is an open meeting, welcoming addicts and non-addicts alike. All are welcome. The group invites participation from all attendees and is focused on discussion of the book A Spiritual Principle a Day.
