Our FREE psychoeducational peer support group provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking to enhance their understanding of mental health and wellness. It's a chance to engage in open discussions, learn from shared experiences, and build a support network.
Plenty of parking behind the building and in the neighbourhood behind EPIC. Check out all the transportation and parking options.
Whether you are on your path to recovery or simply interested in learning more, this group is open to everyone.

SMART Recovery
