EPIC Recovery is committed to empowering individuals to achieve long-term recovery from addiction through personalized, peer-supported care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Addiction Recovery Coach to facilitate weekly one-on-one sessions as part of our comprehensive recovery programming.

This is a unique opportunity to guide and support individuals on their recovery journey, helping them develop the tools and strategies needed to create a fulfilling, substance-free life.

Location: London, Ontario
Job Type: Part-Time Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with clients as part of their recovery program.

  • Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability tailored to each client’s goals.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized recovery strategies and action plans.

  • Encourage clients to explore emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms to navigate challenges.

  • Maintain thorough session notes and adhere to all confidentiality and ethical standards.

  • Communicate effectively with the EPIC Recovery team to ensure consistent, high-quality client care.

  • Foster a positive, non-judgmental, and empowering environment for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in addiction recovery coaching is a must.

  • Certification as a Recovery Coach or equivalent training in addiction recovery (preferred).

  • Lived experience in recovery is highly valued but not mandatory.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and client-centered approach.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Commitment to EPIC Recovery’s mission of reducing stigma and supporting sustainable recovery.

  • Must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check
