EPIC Recovery is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery through compassionate, peer-led addiction services. We’re looking for a talented, innovative Multimedia Specialist to join our team and amplify our message across digital and television platforms.

Position Overview:
As the Multimedia Specialist, you will create, edit, and optimize diverse multimedia content to connect with a broad audience. Working with video, audio, website content, and social media, your work will help convey EPIC Recovery’s mission and impact. This role requires a creative approach to content creation across various platforms and formats, including television, treatment-focused content, social media, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Editing

    • Edit raw footage into multiple formats optimized for specific platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, television).

    • Develop impactful stories and visuals for television segments, treatment content, and social media.

    • Use Filmora Wondershare and Opus Clips to create and refine videos, adding subtitles, graphics, and effects to enhance engagement.

  • Audio Editing

    • Edit and refine audio content for podcasts, webinars, and other media to ensure professional sound quality.

  • Social Media Content Creation & Management

    • Produce and schedule engaging posts across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, aligned with EPIC Recovery’s mission.

    • Manage social channels, monitor engagement, and actively interact with followers.

    • Collaborate with the team to execute social media campaigns that raise awareness and connect with our audience.

  • Website Upkeep & Blog Management

    • Oversee regular website updates, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with our brand.

    • Write, edit, and manage blog posts that reflect EPIC Recovery’s insights on addiction treatment, recovery, and wellness.

    • Collaborate with the team to ensure the website and blog maintain a cohesive voice and provide valuable information for our audience.

  • Brand Cohesion & Innovation

    • Ensure all content adheres to EPIC Recovery’s branding and messaging standards.

    • Explore creative ideas to increase online and TV presence, ensuring content resonates with the target audience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multimedia production, including video and audio editing.

  • Proficiency with Filmora Wondershare and Opus Clips.

  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Basic understanding of website management and content management systems (CMS).

  • Excellent writing skills for blogs and website content.

  • Experience in the mental health or wellness sector is a plus.
